The triple room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was large with three beds. A balcony and a safe box were a bonus. Nice and great location - easy walk to everywhere we needed.

I had a great time staying at this hotel! the location is fantastic, right next to everything you'd want to see in the city center. the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. the breakfast was delicious and made from fresh ingredients from the garden. I loved hanging out in the sweet little garden with the cute cats, turtles, and chickens. It gave the place a cozy and homely feel.
There were a couple of minor things that could be improved. the shared bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner and better maintained.

The hotel met expectations, I would love to stay here again. the bathroom in my triple room was beautiful. I really enjoyed a balcony and a safe box. the location was nice, minutes from a local park. It was also adjacent to Shkoder - spacious, the garden and the centre.
